A WIND OF CHANGE IS BLOWING THROUGH THE ALPS

In Megève, a mountain village where the art of living is passed down as much as traditions, Au Bon Lait de Megève has created something completely new: the very first milk liqueur made from the milk of Megève cows. The company was founded by Michelin-starred chef Julien Gatillon, Nicolas Sibuet, a third-generation hotelier from Megève, and their partners Sonia and Marine. Together, they imagined a liqueur that combines mountain heritage, gastronomic excellence and contemporary elegance. It all began with a secret recipe, created as a nod to the simple pleasures of winter evenings. Tested, shared and refined through tastings with friends, it gradually became a foregone conclusion. Today, this recipe has been perfected and mastered: a refined milky spirit, made from local milk and enhanced by the Revenaz family, who have been distillers for four generations.

A UNIQUE SENSORY SIGNATURE

Au Bon Lait de Megève seduces from the very first sip with its velvety texture, enveloping without being heavy. Its aromatic profile, with great finesse, combines delicate milky notes, enhanced by a touch of vanilla and a hint of lemon, which brings freshness and balance. The result is a liqueur with a unique personality: smooth yet structured, indulgent without being excessive, fresh and elegant. A creation designed for moments of sharing: after a day on the slopes, by the fireside, at the end of a meal or as a signature long drink.

Founded in 2025 in Megève by Julien Gatillon, Nicolas Sibuet, Sonia and Marine, Au Bon Lait de Megève was born from a desire to reinvent the pleasures of milk through a gastronomic and contemporary interpretation. At the crossroads of friendship, terroir and artisanal excellence, the company is committed to a sincere, local and elegant approach, faithful to the spirit of its beloved village.
